Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Standard Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all factory boxes, paperwork, and accessories.
Exclusions: All sales are final on custom items, laser-engraved products, clearance/discontinued merchandise, and automatic knives.
Shipping & Fees
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a factory defect or our shipping error.
Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right at no cost
to you.
